Fantasy of Flight is a museum not far from Orlando, very close to I4.
The uniqueness of that place
is that most planes on exposition are in flyable condition and were actually flown by the founder/owner Kermit Weeks.
You can see oil pans under most planes.
There is a guided tour of restoration workshops and
a presentation of one of the planes including flight.
You can get on board and fly an open cockpit biplane for an additional fee.
